CONSULATION
Submit an inquiry with your event date, location, duration, and event type to receive a prompt response with availability and a tailored quote. This initial step allows services and production to be aligned with your event requirements.
Each quote reflects the scope of your event, including sound coverage, production needs, and any additional enhancements. The process is designed to be efficient, clear, and responsive, making it easy to move forward with confidence.
Booking
After booking Dani Rox DJ Services, you’ll receive a service agreement and invoice to review and complete. Your date is secured once the deposit is received, with the remaining balance due on the day of your event. You’ll also receive access to a private onboarding form to provide music preferences, timeline, and key event details, ensuring everything is prepared in advance for a seamless and fully customized experience.
Event Day
Experience a seamless and elevated event where every detail is handled with precision and care. Dani arrives approximately two hours early to complete setup and transform the location into a polished, immersive atmosphere. When applicable, she coordinates with venue staff and planners to ensure everything is fully prepared and transitions smoothly.
Throughout the event, music is expertly curated to reflect the tone, energy, and flow of the occasion, creating a refined and engaging environment from beginning to end.
